📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Design, evolve and maintain REST APIs. • Provide support and maintenance for critical, high-availability systems with high transaction volumes. • Perform troubleshooting, log analysis and investigation of production incidents. • Support resolution of application performance, availability and stability issues. • Use observability tools to monitor and diagnose environments. • Participate in technical analysis and follow requests end-to-end. • Collaborate with internal teams, partners and business stakeholders to understand and resolve requests. • Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of solution architecture. • Mentor and support junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices. • Participate in continuous improvement of development and support processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 8+ or Java 11+. • Experience developing applications using Spring Boot. • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs. • Experience with GitHub Actions. • Experience in production support. • Knowledge in troubleshooting and incident investigation. • Experience with log analysis and problem diagnosis. • Knowledge of observability tools, especially Dynatrace. • Experience with critical, high-availability systems and high-volume processing. • Experience supporting and resolving production incidents. • ⭐ Preferred qualifications • Experience with Genesys Cloud. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with AWS and/or Azure environments. • Experience with observability tools other than Dynatrace.
