🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with DataDog, OpenTelemetry, Google Cloud (also experience with AWS), OpenShift for on-premise environments, as well as microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and GKE. • Work in a hands-on engineering team, not just monitoring — focused on addressing root causes, increasing visibility and optimizing the ecosystem. • Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting observability agents. • Perform code adjustments and sanitization, such as correcting incorrect HTTP responses and standardizing logs. • Identify and propose improvements to architecture and environment. • Support squads in instrumenting and increasing application visibility. • Participate in incident analyses and post-mortems, proposing and implementing continuous improvements. • Create automations to respond to failures detected in real time. • Professional with strong technical knowledge and autonomy in observability topics, programming languages (Java, Python and others) and complex integrations.
