📋 Description

• Take ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs from creative strategists and ideate visual concepts that bring them to life • Generate high-quality, original imagery using AI tools • Work on 4 briefs per day, generating 12-18 images per brief • Push creative boundaries with humor and unexpected compositions • Collaborate closely with creative strategists in real time • Hand off final imagery to the in-house design team • Maintain a strong understanding of each client's brand and category • Stay current on new AI image generation tools, models, and techniques • Keep a clean workflow: track which prompts produced which visuals

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience generating commercial-grade visuals with AI image tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar) • A portfolio of AI-generated work that demonstrates strong aesthetic judgment, creative range, and the ability to produce striking imagery • Very fluent written and spoken English • Clear, fast, articulate communication is non-negotiable • A genuinely creative mind • Strong taste • Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response advertising is a strong plus • A fast iteration mindset • Highly AI-forward
