📋 Description
• Manage multiple, concurrent security projects, coordinating resources across different project teams. • Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes. • Manage and mentor project managers and coordinators, ensuring consistent project execution across the program. • Act as a liaison with clients, partners, and executive management, communicating program updates and progress. • Evaluate and improve program processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within security or a related field. • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex program environments.
