âą Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured user stories âą Gather software requirements from internal and external clients âą Organize the overall requirements into small pieces of deliverable software that could possibly start delivering business value individually âą Communicate and refine requirements with the development teams âą Validate implemented solutions to ensure quality and conformance to agreed-to customer requirements âą Manage project backlog and priorities âą Provide implementation support including user training, system configuration assistance, UAT facilitation, and data migration coordination âą Facilitate stakeholder discussions and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teams âą Document and analyze current-state processes and identify areas for improvement or automation

âą 2+ years of experience in a similar position âą Good interpersonal communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts âą Excellent written and spoken English âą Solution-focused approach and analytical thinking âą Proactivity and ability to work independently âą Knowledge of the Scrum and Agile methodologies âą Experience in the banking industry âą Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
