📋 Description

• Lead and manage the team (4 to 5 developers) • Conduct one-to-one meetings, mid-year reviews and end-of-year reviews • Monitor career paths and training needs • Maintain the team’s health, cohesion and motivation • Take ownership of delivering certain stories • Lead and facilitate code reviews • Design, develop, test and deploy to production • Develop roadmaps together with R&D members • Coordinate with other leads to align priorities and projects • Serve as the point of contact with product and design teams for managing user stories • Be accountable for the team’s commitments, both in terms of velocity and quality • Step in to resolve blockers or make project trade-offs • Ensure each team member’s skills development • Design and execute a successful onboarding process for new developers • Identify and grow talent • Contribute to recruitment within and outside the team • Establish best practices for clean code, testing, production deployments and pair programming

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in similar team leadership roles and 5 years’ experience in Java development with recent versions • A recognized manager known for listening skills and clear communication • Ability to balance close management with granting real autonomy to your teams • Strong technical background in our stack (notably Java, Spring, SQL, cloud, micro-services) • Willingness to stay hands-on with code and contribute technically to the team’s projects • Professional English (C1 level)
