📋 Description

• Architect and deliver enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms across hybrid AWS and Azure environments • Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes infrastructure supporting containerized and virtualized workloads • Leverage KubeVirt to unify virtual machine and container management • Build and maintain production observability platforms to improve MTTR and system reliability • Establish and enforce DevSecOps standards, including registry security, image scanning, container security, access management, RBAC, and compliance baselines • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code • Implement and operate Argo CD-based GitOps deployment workflows • Lead cloud modernization initiatives and migrate legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures • Define and maintain cloud governance, security policies, and compliance frameworks • Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration • Implement multi-network pod configurations using Multus CNI • Manage GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and Helm • Develop reusable reference architectures and automation frameworks • Design and operate Kubernetes networking for bare-metal and hybrid clusters, including MetalLB load balancing • Troubleshoot Kubernetes networking issues involving CNI plugins, secondary interfaces, IPAM, and traffic routing • Integrate networking configurations with KubeVirt workloads requiring multiple network attachments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field • Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or related occupation • Experience designing and operating production-level Kubernetes clusters for enterprise workloads • Experience with AWS or Azure production infrastructure, including hybrid or multi-cloud architecture design • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and JFrog Artifactory • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible • Linux system administration experience in production environments • DevSecOps experience, including Harbor registry security, access management, and compliance alignment • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms for production systems
