📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for k0rdent Enterprise, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities • Drive requirements for enterprise-grade features including multi-cluster orchestration, policy-driven automation, observability/FinOps, service templates, and enterprise security • Translate customer and market insights into actionable product features and prioritized release plans; partner closely with engineering for timely delivery • Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation; enable field with sales playbooks, battlecards, ROI models, and technical whitepapers • Lead product launches, coordinate cross-functional GTM plans, and track launch success metrics • Engage directly with platform engineers, DevOps teams, and SREs to understand pain points and monitor the competitive landscape • Align roadmap priorities with Mirantis’ partner ecosystem and champion the voice of the customer across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or platform engineering • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, multi-cloud environments, and IDP concepts — ideally with hands-on experience in platform orchestration and multi-cluster management • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering personas and their operational challenges • Proven track record in GTM strategy, positioning, and enterprise product launches • Strong technical fluency in cloud networking, storage, security, observability, and compliance frameworks • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills — able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving consensus, and delivering measurable business results • Bonus Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU orchestration, or AI application deployment • Bonus Qualifications: Knowledge of Cluster API, GitOps, and Kubernetes-native policy enforcement • Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with competitive offerings from Red Hat, VMware, Rancher, SpectroCloud, Rafay, and hyperscaler platforms
