âą Design, implement, and maintain a scalable test automation framework with Playwright. âą Translate acceptance criteria into Gherkin scenarios and implement BDD tests. âą Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable feedback. âą Manage and maintain test management tools ensuring traceability between user stories, manual test cases, and automated tests. âą Conduct exploratory testing and risk-based analysis focusing on critical workflows and system stability. âą Validate new features, bug fixes, and regression areas through focused manual testing. âą Promote a quality-first culture, mentor team members, and share QA best practices. âą Take ownership of scalable test automation, BDD practices, and QA process optimization. âą Collaborate across Product, Development, and QA teams to improve Lens Desktop stability and user experience.
âą 3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation. âą Hands-on expertise in Playwright (mandatory). âą Additional experience with Cypress or Selenium is a plus. âą Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for writing maintainable automated test scripts. âą Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Jest-Cucumber, SpecFlow) and Gherkin syntax. âą Proven track record of integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions). âą Experience with managing and maintaining test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray). âą Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative QA practices. âą Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments is beneficial. âą Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
