📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable test automation framework with Playwright. • Translate acceptance criteria into Gherkin scenarios and implement BDD tests. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable feedback. • Manage and maintain test management tools ensuring traceability between user stories, manual test cases, and automated tests. • Conduct exploratory testing and risk-based analysis focusing on critical workflows and system stability. • Validate new features, bug fixes, and regression areas through focused manual testing. • Promote a quality-first culture, mentor team members, and share QA best practices. • Take ownership of scalable test automation, BDD practices, and QA process optimization. • Collaborate across Product, Development, and QA teams to improve Lens Desktop stability and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation. • Hands-on expertise in Playwright (mandatory). • Additional experience with Cypress or Selenium is a plus. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for writing maintainable automated test scripts. • Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Jest-Cucumber, SpecFlow) and Gherkin syntax. • Proven track record of integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions). • Experience with managing and maintaining test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative QA practices. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments is beneficial. • Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
