📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports to transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Analyze program data and automate reporting processes using Excel Macros, Python, AI. • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the permission management system to identify and address functionality gaps. • Collaborate with business units to communicate system changes, provide end-user training, and resolve inquiries. • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for system or access-related problems, ensuring minimal business disruption.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operational role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and process improvement. • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data visualization, SQL and Python scripting. • Familiarity with financial systems or portfolio management tools is an asset. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and process governance.
