📋 Description

• Lead and support multiple cross-functional Agile teams delivering projects using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events • Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, align scope with business objectives, and manage dependencies • Drive sprint and release planning for predictable, high-quality delivery • Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to remove blockers and align delivery goals • Track team performance, delivery metrics, and progress against objectives and key results (OKRs) • Facilitate estimation activities and support planning using Agile project management tools • Coach teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement • Identify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and process inefficiencies • Foster accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning • Support digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise system integration initiatives for a US healthcare client

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role • Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning • Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies • Experience managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile project management platforms • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment between business and technology teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to improve team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is nice to have • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is nice to have • Exposure to cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives is nice to have • Experience working with globally distributed teams is nice to have • Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks is nice to have • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices is nice to have
