📋 Description

• Own the operational stability, availability, and reliability of a global IVR platform across AWS and on‑premises environments • Support production deployments, environment configuration, and release activities • Manage day‑to‑day operations of high‑availability IVR and voice platforms • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using logs and metrics • Respond to and participate in production incident investigation and resolution • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, voice, SIP, and call‑flow‑related issues • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and analytics teams during incidents and releases • Participate in on‑call rotations and off‑hours production support as required • Integrate security best practices ("secure-by-default") into the pipeline, including access control and vulnerability scanning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting production systems in a DevOps, SRE or operations‑focused role • Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services • Strong hands‑on experience with EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and VPC networking • Strong experience with Unix/Linux production environments • Experience supporting AWS‑hosted relational databases (e.g., Amazon Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL) in production environments • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and practices • Ability to run network and traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) • Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and production‑support skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, architecture, data, and operations teams • Nice to have Programming in Golang • Experience with CloudFormation
