📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of moderately complex cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment to project goals, timelines, and business requirements. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other partner teams to define scope, dependencies, and timelines. • Maintain program documentation, facilitate team meetings, and support risk and issue tracking. • Provide clear, concise program updates to stakeholders and team members. • Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Leverage your technical knowledge to understand solution approaches, dependencies, and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of the CCaaS space in technologies like Amazon Connect, DialogflowCX, Genesys, and Agile frameworks, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business impact. • Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver enterprise-scale programs involving cross-functional teams and complex dependencies. • Proven track record of influencing across organizational boundaries and engaging with senior leaders (Directors, VPs) to drive alignment and execution. • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
