📋 Description

• Analyze business processes with attention to quality (ISO 9001) and information security (ISO 27001) standards. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and document recommendations for improvement. • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security standards. • Support the creation of workflows, process models, and diagrams following ISO-aligned methodologies. • Participate in internal and external audits of company systems, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements. • Contribute to the creation of specifications, technical documentation, and reports in line with quality and security standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of business analysis, process management, or related fields. • Analytical thinking and the ability to structure complex information clearly. • Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML). • Ability to work with documentation, including requirements, specifications, and audit reports. • Understanding of IT products and fundamental software development principles. • Awareness of quality management and information security concepts (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001). • English proficiency at B1 level or higher for working with documentation. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in professional documentation. • Enthusiasm for learning and implementing ISO standards in a real IT environment.
