They focus on taking ideas from ideation to implementation—testing, validating, and scaling products—while leveraging generative AI (machine vision, AI audio, AI visual arts), front-end and back-end engineering, and design expertise. The team combines advertising and TV experience (via their sister agency, Marketing Architects) with deep technical AI and product talent to create brand-forward, data-driven products and prototypes rather than acting as traditional investors.

📋 Description

• Report to the Head AI Architect • Design and build the AI systems behind our generative video platform • Create and maintain AI agent workflows and orchestration pipelines • Gather requirements and translate them into working AI systems in real time • Write, test, and iteratively improve prompts and multi-step systems • Manage prompts and traces in Weave, craft and run evals • Decide architecture aspects like using agents vs. workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software engineering • 2+ years building and shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems in production • Designed and shipped LLM agent systems end-to-end • Proficient in TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js • Hands-on experience running evals and tracing LLM systems • Familiarity with Weave (Weights & Biases) or a comparable tool
