As a family-run organization (est. 1927), it runs season-based programs including a curated application process, tiered events (road pitches, masterclasses, mastermind camps, final retreats), mentorship from jury teams, professional media production, and a televised series to give participants visibility and network access. 📋 Description

• As a YouTube Content Producer at Miss Germany Studios, you will help develop the next generation of female-empowerment content with us. • You will work on formats that are relatable, entertaining, and relevant — and accompany the entire production process from the initial idea to the final upload.

• You love YouTube. Truly. You probably spend more time on YouTube than on Netflix and automatically analyze why videos work. • You think in stories. Whether on set, in the edit, or during planning — you’re always looking for the strongest narrative arc. • You have creator energy. You don’t wait for briefs; you bring ideas. • You recognize good stories. You see potential in people, developments, and moments that others overlook. • You take ownership. If something matters for the video, you actively pursue it. • You don’t wait for answers — you make sure they arrive. • You think ahead, go the extra mile, and don’t let important topics fall by the wayside. • You think in universes rather than single videos. Together with the production team for our series, you’ll develop stories across channels and create connections between the series, YouTube, and the people behind Miss Germany. • You want to build something. Not manage it — shape it.
