• Manage P&L and build out the proactive multicard and upgrades program • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to their full potential • Optimize account management strategies in response to customer behavior and changing marketplace conditions • Develop a roadmap that will help move forward the proactive multicard and upgrades program to enable step changes in the company's growth trajectory, with a focus on keeping and engaging our best customers • Engage with senior management regularly to articulate the strategy and the opportunities of the program • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data science, engineering, and capital markets to bring strategies to market
• 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical role • Experience doing analytical work with credit cards • Experience leading and managing a talented team of analysts • Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end: from framing the question and forming a hypothesis, to analyzing the data, to communicating and debating the answer with other stakeholders • Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools for data analysis • Bachelor’s or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field with record of strong academic performance. • Experience with credit line management (preferred) • Experience helping scale a business in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred) • Expertise in SQL or Python (preferred)
