📋 Description
• Own the Fraud P&L and Strategic Vision. • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team. • Architect Fraud Defenses across the Customer Lifecycle. • Drive Cross-Functional Execution. • Engage and Influence Senior Management.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical risk or credit management role. • 3+ years of people management experience, leading and coaching analytical teams. • Experience in fraud strategy and analytics within credit cards, payments, or consumer financial services. • Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Application & Identity Fraud, Account Takeover (ATO), Payment Fraud, or Transaction Fraud. • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution, demonstrating a strong bias for action. • Exceptional ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence a wide range of audiences, from analysts to executives. • Strong understanding of the analytics toolkit (SQL, Python, etc.) used to identify and combat fraud, allowing you to guide your team's technical work effectively. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
