• Producing a high volume of SMS/MMS/RCS communications for various clients; • Assisting in the development and implementation of online fundraising and communications strategies, including the design and management of text message communications calendars; • Delivering top-tier customer service to product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care; • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients as it relates to product buys or strategic services; • Working with writers, designers, and technical experts to generate top-notch, engaging content; • Assessing and identifying opportunities by working closely with client teams to assess buy needs, identify new opportunities for growth, and pinpoint potential for product renewals or recurring buys; • Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines; • Ability to communicate with and provide top-quality customer service to clients, including regular reporting, results analysis, content recommendations, and invoicing.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment; • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; • Strong writing and communication skills; • Experience contributing to project plans to achieve fundraising and communications goals; • Passion, energy, and excitement for progressive and philanthropic causes and all things digital; • Ability to collaborate on a team both internally and externally; • Background in digital communications, organizing, fundraising, and/or marketing.
