📋 Description

• You will be responsible for driving the digitalization projects for our services. • You will own the process from requirements analysis through to project deployment, working closely with technical and functional teams. • You will define the specifications, estimate the required work effort and budget, produce the project schedule, and assess risks and impacts with our franchisees. • Propose and advocate for new technical solutions to improve our platforms and workflows. • Maintain solutions in operational condition throughout their lifecycle. • Take the lead on cyber defense initiatives within the company. • Lead the project team on a day-to-day basis and provide assistance for level 3 support issues. • Manage negotiations with our various service providers and handle IT hardware procurement. • Play a key role in the company’s digital transformation as we expand internationally, particularly across Europe, and collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS EC2) • Understanding of technical architectures • Knowledge of application streaming or virtual desktop solutions (AWS AppStream) • Project management experience and familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Salesforce) • Proficiency with Windows 365 administration tools (Azure AD, Intune) • General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) • Ability to drive new technical initiatives within the company (implementation of new tools, upgrade or improvement projects) • Ability to challenge technical solutions to deliver the most appropriate outcome • Respect for constraints (budget, quality, timelines) • Writing procedures and documentation for support teams • Handling level 3 tickets • Familiarity with IT security standards and ability to communicate operational security instructions • Reporting on project progress • Adherence to Agile methodologies and internal procedures • Fluent English: written and spoken
