📋 Description

• Build the delivery pipeline in Go for provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, and software stack installation • Build the team from scratch, make initial hires, onboard and coach engineers, and own performance and growth paths • Establish tooling standards and a reusable playbook for future datacenter sites • Own and continuously reduce time-to-acceptance from hardware installation to customer workloads • Work with Hardware Design and Fleet Health on delivery reliability • Manage GPU fleets at scale, including H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand, and RoCE fabrics • Partner with Product Managers and the datacenter organization to plan delivery waves against capacity commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience automating bare-metal fleets and turning racks into clusters • Hardware fluency with servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware, parts lists, and topology diagrams • 8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems • At least 2 years leading engineers, including hiring, coaching, and growing engineers • Deep Linux expertise • Production experience shipping systems in Go • Willingness to travel to datacenter sites when required • Low-ego, team-first mindset
