📋 Description

• Empower your team by removing obstacles and creating an environment where engineers can focus on building high-quality, impactful products. • Own the delivery of your team’s roadmap, ensuring projects are shipped with reliability, performance, and accountability. • Partner with Product Managers to define priorities, scope initiatives, and drive technical and business impact decisions. • Stay hands-on with architecture design, system design, coding, and technical decision-making to lead by example. • Define and evolve team processes, best practices, and execution rituals to maintain clarity and scalability. • Raise the engineering bar by challenging the team to take ownership, grow beyond their comfort zone, and improve knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years building and leading high-performing engineering teams. • Proficiency in a server-side programming language, preferably Golang, and a strong grasp of backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, caching, distributed architectures). • Experience with cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure) or bare-metal infrastructure. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and business. • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. • Autonomous, self-starting mindset with a low-ego, team-first attitude.
