📋 Description

• Design and build internal systems powering company growth • Create integrations, dashboards, and workflows connecting daily tools • Meet with key stakeholders (C-levels and managers) to gather requirements and translate into software solutions • Build connectors across internal systems (CRM, billing, HRIS, planning tools) • Develop dashboards and self-service tools for internal teams • Fullstack development: build web applications end-to-end (backend + frontend) • Prioritize stakeholder needs and deliver impactful solutions • Lay foundation for Enterprise Systems function and prepare for scale

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in fullstack development with Typescript or Python • Ideally experience with related web frameworks (NextJS, React, Vue, FastAPI, etc.) • Successful experience building internal software systems and workflows (API, integrations, connectors, dashboards) • Ownership and capacity to ship products end-to-end • Passionate about improving operational processes and solving problems for others • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to act as an internal enabler • Excellent communication and project management skills • Low ego and team spirit mindset • Autonomous and self-starter • (Ideal) Experience with LLMs and agentic workflows • (Ideal) Working with market-leading SaaS business solutions (Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, etc.) • (Ideal) Infrastructure management (Docker, CI/CD, K8s...) • (Ideal) Working closely with internal stakeholders (including C-levels).
