📋 Description

• Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy • Quality-assess images captured by customers • Assess whether documents are authentic or fraudulent • Check the accuracy of information already in the system • Extract document data and input it into the system • Classify document types • Identify key document security features • Work virtually from a home office reviewing Proof of Identity documentation and real-time images • Meet varying service level agreements with strict timeframes • Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IT literacy • Strong accurate typing abilities • Able to work towards targets and performance metrics • Comfortable adapting to frequent procedural updates • Clean criminal record (DBS check) and clean credit record (e.g. no CCJ or bankruptcy) • Eligible to work in the Netherlands • Three references (employment or academic) • Some weekend, evening, and bank holiday availability • Flexibility across early, afternoon, and late shifts • 8-hour rotating shifts
