📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical expert supporting the enterprise sales team • Ensure enterprise customers are integrated and onboarded smoothly and quickly • Articulate technology and product knowledge to business and technical owners • Drive and manage the Proof of Concept and evaluation stage of the sales process with Sales • Act as technical advisor during the sales process • Lead Sales projects for Proofs of Concept • Coordinate with Support, Routing, Engineering, and Product Management teams • Serve as the primary technical client contact during the pre-sales phase • Develop and deliver technical presentations covering Mitto infrastructure and security • Convey customer requirements to Product Management • Lead technical onboarding of new enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Fluency in English and Italian • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to juggle priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Sense of ownership, positive attitude, and motivation to drive results • Collaborative, customer-focused approach • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, everyday language • Strong attention to detail • Confidence using MS Office tools • 2-3 years experience in a mid or high-level customer-facing role • Working understanding of basic technical concepts of REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python • Familiarity with Salesforce and Kibana is advantageous • Telecom and messaging experience, including CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, or Carrier ecosystem
