🎯 Requirements

• Has prior experience building, maintaining & scaling reliable, high-volume distributed systems. • Can reason about ambiguous problems from first principles and propose creative solutions • Has strong CS fundamentals (e.g., data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems) • Contributes to attracting and retaining engineers through technical leadership, collaboration, and/or enablement • Has a track record of mentoring and growing engineers who work with you. You make engineers around you more productive.
