âą Manage the founders calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence âą Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use âą Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the founders time is used efficiently âą Support ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery âą Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed âą Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend solutions to improve operations âą Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities âą Support sales and marketing efforts, including creating materials and managing outreach âą Help identify and build relationships with potential partners and clients âą Handle ad hoc tasks and initiatives that arise in the fast-moving startup environment âą Assist with recruiting efforts, onboarding new team members, and managing HR tasks âą Help maintain company documentation and records
