âą Manage multiple projects from initiation through closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. âą Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. âą Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. âą Coordinate tasks and activities across multiple teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability. âą Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary. âą Apply both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. âą Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when relevant. âą Provide regular status updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership. âą Prepare and deliver concise, polished presentations on project status, risks, and milestones using PowerPoint. âą Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and final documentation.
âą 1-3 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in technical environments. âą High proficiency in spoken and written English. âą Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches. âą Experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). âą Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. âą Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. âą Excellent time management, detail orientation, and prioritization abilities. âą Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership. âą Ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise status reports.
