📋 Description

• The Good People Group is a U.S.-based staffing and recruiting company that connects top global talent with businesses seeking high-quality, cost-effective solutions. • We specialize in placing skilled professionals from around the globe in roles that help businesses grow and operate efficiently. • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through close while applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Present to C-level executives, track and report project KPIs, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive project objectives. • Establish strong relationships with senior leadership and C-level executives, presenting project updates and insights. • Implement both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, customizing frameworks to fit project needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven project management experience, leading projects from conception to closure. • Demonstrated track record of managing project budgets, financial analysis, and resource allocation. • Advanced knowledge of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. • Experience working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives. • Proficient in software like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent for tracking and reporting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (for executive presentations) and Excel (for budget tracking). • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. • Proven ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
