📋 Description

• responsible for coordinating, executing, and measuring the success of the MJ Holding retail business plan • develop and maintain effective, mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments • optimize value through efficient and effective business practices • collaborate with merchandising vendors to ensure visit accuracy and service quality • review and verify the accuracy of field merchandising activity reports • demonstrate effective time management while maintaining accurate reporting • resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining root causes • identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve merchandising execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • Ability to analyze sales trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify insights and operational opportunities • Proven capability in coordinating vendor relationships or working within multi-vendor environments • Demonstrated support of store audits, compliance checks, and operational standards • Exposure to or background in retail distribution or category management preferred • Detailed-oriented • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to accept accountability and show initiative
