📋 Description

• Conduct on-site system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance • Assist customers in using ESI equipment smoothly • Serve as the preliminary contact for customers' production problems • Provide technical service to achieve customer satisfaction • Implement daily jobs using formal processes and communicate results • Follow SOPs and safety requirements • Provide customer after-sales technical support and field system equipment installation, repair, and maintenance • Independently handle and resolve assigned tasks under supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of electronics system maintenance experience • At least a college diploma in electronic engineering • Flexibility to travel domestically • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach • Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks • Ability to work under pressure, flexible hours, and overtime if required • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • 大专以上学历，电子工程专业及具有熟练的英语听说读写沟通能力 • May be subject to export-control restrictions based on citizenship, country of origin, or immigration status • Background checks and drug screens may be conducted
