📋 Description

• Responsible for installations, training and service of advanced X-ray systems at customer sites across China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan • Part of an experienced global Service and Technical Support team • Work hands-on in the field, building strong relationships with customers and partners • Travel more than 150 days per year for on-site work • Carry out installations, maintenance, and technical training as needed • Handle remote support cases and manage RMA and warranty cases

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background as a Field Service Engineer within high-tech industries • A few years of experience in a similar role • Experience working with European companies or customers • Understanding of how to operate across both European and Asian business cultures • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required), Korean (considered a plus) • Valid residence permit for China • At least a BSc in engineering, physics or related field (or equivalent experience)
