• Providing technical support to existing customers and ensuring a high level of service quality. • Managing and defending key accounts in a competitive market environment. • Conducting sales prospection to identify and win new business opportunities. • Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions. • Managing the commercial relationship, including pricing discussions and ongoing account development. • Collaborating closely with colleagues in Portugal and Spain to ensure seamless support across the region. • Travel Requirements: Up to 70% of travel is required (across Madrid area and occasionally to other areas in Spain).
• Chemistry degree (required). • 3 years of job‑related experience (required). • Proven experience in electroplating or surface treatments. • Strong technical problem‑solving skills with customers. • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Spanish and English: mandatory. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
