• Lead the development, articulation, and implementation of strategic plans and operational initiatives across the Practice. • Act as a strategic partner to the Practice Leadership Team, driving agendas that support key objectives. • Execute projects aligned with practice's strategic priorities, leveraging resources and expertise from across the firm. • Facilitate leadership and team meetings, ensuring agendas are purposeful and strategic priorities are communicated. • Develop and draft insightful internal communications and comprehensive business cases. • Oversee the organization and execution of team events to align with strategic goals. • Coordinate and manage global projects that support the Practice's strategic direction and operational framework. • Work in partnership with finance and practice leadership for budgeting processes and financial analysis. • Collaborate with talent management for strategic recruiting goals and managing performance review processes. • Analyze and enhance the practice's commercial effectiveness and support client/team requests.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services • strong storytelling and communication skills • proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • exceptional quantitative skills • familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools • proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships • ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels • keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives
