📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the Americas region. • Shape and execute colleague communications and engagement strategies in the Americas aligned with business goals and culture. • Develop and drive an internal comms strategy for the Americas region. • Conduct an audit of current communications approaches including audience segmentation and channel strategy. • Craft leadership communications for key colleague touchpoints such as Town Halls and Partner Calls. • Lead change management and crisis communications focusing on global firm priorities. • Collaborate with Marketing and Global Brand Center to drive colleague engagement. • Provide advisory support on internal comms strategies to broader leaders in the Americas Region. • Oversee one direct report: Manager, Internal Communications based in New York City.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, marketing, colleague engagement, organizational development, or related fields, preferably within professional services or consulting firms. • Demonstrated success working with senior-level executives as a strategic advisor. • Strong expertise in designing and executing engagement strategies that drive cultural alignment and business results. • Exceptional strategic communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver clear, persuasive messages to diverse audiences. • Proven change management experience and the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple locations. • Data-driven mindset with experience using engagement metrics and insights to inform strategy. • Collaborative, empathetic leadership style with strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities. • Open to occasional travel within North America to support regional engagement activities and leadership meetings. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
