• Advise and support clients on the implementation, modification and redesign of occupational pension schemes (bAV) • Manage individual clients' occupational pension arrangements • Project management and independent execution of client projects • Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand business relationships
• University degree • Initial consulting experience in the field of occupational pensions • Some experience in employment and social security law • Knowledge of life insurance • Basic knowledge of German commercial and tax law • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a team • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills
