📋 Description

• Configure and update pricing, routing, rate plans, client products, and service settings across internal platforms • Check configurations to ensure accurate service setup and billing • Handle operational requests, prioritize tasks, and complete them within agreed timelines • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify requests and resolve issues • Maintain accurate task documentation and follow internal procedures • Escalate complex or critical cases and request clarification when instructions or requests are unclear

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive or detailed tasks • English at B2 level or higher • Practical Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data entry and updating, tables, and basic spreadsheet functions • Ability to learn new platforms, systems, and technical processes quickly • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and follow step-by-step instructions • Responsible and flexible approach to work • Clear communication • Experience in telecom, back office, or operational support (nice to have) • Experience with service configuration platforms, databases, or other technical systems (nice to have)
