📋 Description
• Assurer une astreinte sur un applicatif Web clé dédié à la gestion de leads. • Intervenir lors des incidents : analyse de logs, qualification des anomalies, ouverture de tickets. • Échanges réguliers avec l’équipe IT Security basée à l’international. • Participer à une formation initiale sur les mécanismes internes de l’applicatif et les actions à mener.
🎯 Requirements
• analyse de logs applicatifs • bonne compréhension des environnements Web • expérience en diagnostic d’incidents ou en sécurité applicative • communication fluide en français et en anglais • autonomie, rigueur, réactivité en astreinte
