📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, market intelligence, and targeted business development initiatives. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth and quota achievement within the assigned markets. • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid recommendations, solution positioning, and contract negotiations through to deal closure. • Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with enterprise customers as well as system integrators, partners, and technology providers where relevant. • Collaborate with the regional leadership team and internal stakeholders to develop medium- and long-term market strategies. • Expand Daon’s presence in key industry segments through direct engagement with prospective customers and partners. • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Sales Reviews (QSR) and contribute to ongoing revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting. • Develop strategic account plans and tailored engagement strategies for priority accounts across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field • Formal sales training in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies is preferred. • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience selling directly to enterprise clients across multiple organizations. • Proven experience selling within Southeast Asian emerging markets, particularly in financial services, telecommunications, or other industries with large digital customer bases. • Strong knowledge of the digital identity ecosystem, including identity verification, identity proofing, and authentication technologies. • Additional familiarity with mobile platforms, digital banking systems, or contact center technologies is advantageous. • Proven ability to develop and close complex consultative solution sales and consistently exceed revenue targets. • Established professional network and strong relationships with key decision-makers across relevant industries in the region. • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently generate opportunities and drive deals to completion. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. • Ability to manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.
