📋 Description
• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are accurate • Together with your team, you present products attractively • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the related refrigerated shelves and chests • Through careful staff planning, you motivate, develop and inspire employees
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a retail specialist in the fresh foods area or as a butcher (m/f/d) • Ideally a master craftsman's certificate in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some initial leadership experience in the service counter area • Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
