📋 Description
• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are accurate • Together with your team, you present products attractively • You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly • You are responsible for the service counters • Ensure optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and freezers • Through careful staff scheduling and your talent for motivating employees
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh food sector or as a butcher • Ideally a master craftsman’s certificate in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some first leadership experience at service counters • Very good knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
