📋 Description
• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are accurate • Together with your team you arrange and present products attractively • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the associated refrigerated display units • You plan staff deployment and motivate, develop and inspire your employees
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a specialist retail salesperson in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher (meat cutter) • Ideally a master craftsman certificate in the butcher’s trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some initial leadership experience in counter service • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A personable, responsible team-player personality
