📋 Description
• You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store • You navigate confidently between demand-driven purchasing and rapid sales • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are accurate • Together with your team you present merchandise attractively • You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and chests in the self-service area • You motivate, develop and inspire your team
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh foods sector or as a butcher • Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
