• Independently plan and carry out scheduled, special and ad-hoc audits as well as projects at our headquarters and in our HIT markets. • Independently analyze existing business processes through interviews and analytical audit procedures to assess and optimize processes, systems and organizational structures. • Develop effective measures with a sustainable impact on corporate performance. • Prepare written documentation and reports, coordinate and present findings to all management levels. • Perform follow-up reviews and take responsibility for the implementation of agreed measures. • Take on special assignments, e.g. in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, data protection, process optimization and organizational development.
• You have completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, business law or a comparable field. • You bring several years of solid professional experience in controlling, management consulting, external audit or internal audit and have knowledge of processes, trends and challenges in retail. • You demonstrate process-oriented thinking, an analytical, structured and results-oriented working style, as well as initiative, a quick grasp, strong communication skills and flexibility. • You have experience with SAP, a basic understanding of database systems and an interest in data analysis. • You are familiar with the practical challenges of project management and can draw on knowledge of various project management methodologies. • Ideally, you have practical experience or interest in areas such as compliance, data protection or process mining.
