📋 Description

• Gather and analyze client requirements, addressing business challenges and opportunities • Evaluate and enhance existing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness • Extract insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making • Design solutions and document specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals • Manage projects, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders • Bridge communication between clients and internal teams, adapting to diverse audiences • Support change management by facilitating smooth transitions to new strategies or systems • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to client engagements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services context • Sound grasp of business analysis principles, methods, and best practices • Proficiency in conducting requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks (e.g., BABOK) • Knowledge of SQL, prior SQL experience preferred • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their implementation • Experience with tools and technologies used in business analysis and project management • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently • Professional demeanor, client-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and building trust.
