📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and deploy technical AI/ML solutions • Design and implement production-grade AI/ML solutions, covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance • Develop end-to-end MLOps pipelines, ensuring automation, reproducibility, and scalability • Advise on and help to optimize production AI models for real-world constraints • Deploy AI solutions on cloud and on-premise infrastructure • Apply AI/ML to complex problem domains within the Modaxo group of companies • Work directly with engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from lab to production • Conduct training seminars for technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI capabilities • Implement technical guardrails for responsible use of AI/ML • Assist in developing and refining financial models to quantify the impact of AI investments • Align AI projects with strategic goals

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressively senior experience, deploying AI/ML and/or automation solutions • At least 3 years working on production deployments of AI models and tools in live products with hundreds of users • Experience working on production grade products in a high-uptime, mission-critical environment • Proven track record of translating AI research into deployable, financially viable solutions • Prior experience working in logistics, transportation, transit, healthcare, defense, or manufacturing, or similar • Working production experience in Python, and at least two of: C#, C/C++, Java, Go • Experience with Machine Learning & AI stacks, including: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, LLMs • Experience with MLOps & DevOps tools: MLflow, TFX, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD terminology and pipelines • Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS BedRock, SageMaker AI, Azure Machine Learning, GCP Vertex AI, Kubernetes, Terraform • Experience in Data Engineering: Apache Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Parquet, SQL, NoSQL and graph databases • Experience in Optimization & Scheduling techniques
