📋 Description

• Follow all established company and departmental policies, procedures, and production standards • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Promptly report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel • Comply with all safety guidelines and always demonstrate safe work practices • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality • Carefully follow written instructions on the job ticket to meet customer requirements and support on-time delivery • Enter data into computer systems to accurately record time, materials, and costs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of recent related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work • Good mathematical skills to compute percentages, weights, and measurements • Ability to work independently • Basic computer skills to enter data for time, materials, and costs • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift • Willingness to work overtime as needed • Ability to participate in shift rotations
