📋 Description

• Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the MTSI Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. • Support relationship management (customer, vendors, partners, accounts, etc.) customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. • Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the Relationship Management system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives. • Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys). • Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals. • Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements. • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. • Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration, custom workflow development and automation. • Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems. • Assist teams in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support relationship management business intelligence needs. • Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Maintain and abide by corporate relationship management change-management process. • Provide training and documentation for end-users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience. • 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM. • Demonstrated expertise in API architecture and integration patterns, with the ability to consume, orchestrate, and expose Microsoft Dynamics data across the broader application ecosystem. • Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing. • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization. • Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues. • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse. • Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred. • Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of MTSI and all customers.
