âą Respond and assist in resolving high-volume billing cases and inquiries in a timely manner âą Review customer contracts against invoices and identify discrepancies âą Work with internal teams and customers to resolve disputes âą Prepare and maintain records of accounts receivables âą Manage customer accounts, such as updating contacts, invoices and credit memos âą Complete month-end tasks and assist with closing procedures âą Audit billing and contract systems to ensure billing completeness and accuracy âą Understand and apply billing policies and procedures
âą Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferred âą 3+ years of relevant experience (billing, disputes, contracts, collections) âą Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor âą Exceptional verbal and written communication skills âą Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail âą Effective organizational and time management skills âą Ability to meet deadlines âą Knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite or other billing/revenue systems a plus
