📋 Description

• Acts as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organisations, and in-house employees • Assembles, proofs and edits drafts of contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies • Assists internally in analysing documents • Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys • May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations • Compiles data from legal digests, encyclopedias and practice manuals • Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities, as required • Counsels on progress of cases • May assist with the review and preparation of patent material and applications

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal certification; required • Law office experience; required • 5+ years of experience; required • Knowledge of office equipment/software related to position responsibilities • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post-offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
